Professor Sérvulo was awarded his degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon in 1959. In 1968 he concluded the Complementary Course in Economic Political Sciences (equivalent to a master’s degree), at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He received his PhD in Law from the University of Lisbon in 1987 and was appointed Full Professor in 2006. He joined the Bar Association in 1962.

Carlos Blanco de Morais holds a PhD from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon where he is Full Professor of Public Law. His research interests fall within the fields of constitutional law, international law and Better Regulation, areas in which he has developed an extensive scientific production and also an active teaching activity. Maria Luísa Duarte is an Associate Professor of Law at the Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where she graduated and completed her PhD. She is one of the most distinguished experts in European Law in Portugal. Her research interests lie in the fields of International Law, European Law and Administrative Law, areas where she has earned a reputation in teaching and researching nationally and internationally. Miguel Nogueira de Brito completed his PhD at the Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas (ICJP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon where he is Assistant Professor and Researcher. He was module convenor in subjects such as political science, constitutional law and fundamental rights at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Miguel Assis Raimundo is Assistant Professor of Law at the Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas (ICJP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where he has done all his academic formation and completed his PhD with a thesis on Public Procurement. An expert in this area of Administrative Law, his other research interests lie in the theme of the functioning of administrative courts, public bodies’ liability and more recently, religious freedom, having also attended a postgraduate course in Health Law at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. Luís Pereira Coutinho has completed his doctorate in Law at the Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas (ICJP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon where he is Assistant Professor and a Researcher. He has also taught at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Apart from his academic functions, he is a lawyer. João Tiago Silveira holds a masters in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon where he currently teaches Administrative Law, Urban Law and Constitutional Law. Tiago Fidalgo de Freitas is a Guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a Ph.D. researcher at the European University Institute (Florence, Italy). On that capacity, he has been a Visiting doctoral researcher at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation School of Law (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). Beforehand, he completed an LL.M. at New York University School of Law (New York City, USA) as a Hauser Global Scholar, and has taught as a Guest lecturer at the Portuguese Catholic University School of Law. Rui Lanceiro holds an undergraduate degree in Law and a PhD degree in Public Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon where he teaches as Assistant Professor. He also holds an «Intensive International Master of Laws (I.I. LL.M.) in European Public Law» by the Academy of European Public Law, European Public Law Center. His research interests fall in the fields of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and European Law. Licenciado em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa em 2015, onde é, desde esse ano, mestrando do Mestrado em Direito e Ciências Jurídicas, na especialidade de Direito Administrativo. Foi, na mesma Instituição, tutor das cadeiras de Direito Administrativo I e II nos anos letivos 2015/2016 e 2016/2017. Desde 2017, é treinador da equipa portuguesa da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa para o Phillip. C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, em que participou como membro da equipa nos anos de 2015 e 2016. Desempenhou ainda funções como membro discente do Conselho Diretivo da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa nos anos letivos de 2015/2016 e 2016/2017.
Atualmente desempenha funções como técnico especialista no Gabinete do Secretário de Estado dos Assuntos Fiscais (XXI Governo Constitucional).

Dr. Gonçalo Fabião

Gonçalo de Andrade Fabião has a Law Degree from the University of Lisbon’s School of Law and he’s taking a Master Degree from the same institution, in Fundamental Rights. He is a collaborator and a research assistant at the Lisbon Centre for Research in Public Law and his research areas of interest are, amongst others, Fundamental Rights, Administrative Law and Constitutional Law.  He is also an Invited Assistant at the University of Lisbon’s School of Law.

Miguel Mota Delgado é aluno do 4.º ano (licenciatura) da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa. As suas áreas de investigação passam pelo estudo do Direito Internacional Público, Direitos Humanos, Direito da União Europeia e Direito do Contencioso da União Europeia. Concluiu um curso intensivo em Relações Internacionais na The London School of Economics and Political Science (Londres, Reino-Unido). Participou por duas vezes nas rondas internacionais do «Phillip C. Jessup Internacional Law Moot Court», em Washington. D.C, EUA. Foi Investigador Nacional no projeto de investigação internacional «Legal Research Group on Freedom of Expression — Protection of Journalistic Sources», promovido pela European Law Students' Association e pelo Conselho da Europa.
