Faculty Bio

Ana Sofia Rolim has a bachelor's Degree in Law at School of Law University of Lisbon, and is a LL.M student in International Business Law, in the academic year 2019-2020, at University of Gent, Belgium.

She was a participant in the European Law Moot Court (Court of Justice of the European Union, Luxembourg) as a member of the runner-up team in 2017/2018, pleading a case of Public Procurement, Effective Judicial Protection, Data Protection and Smart-Sanctions as the representative of the European Commission.

She as also participated at the Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition (2019 edition: Hasselt, Belgium), pleading a case of Collective Redundancies, Duties of the Employer, Rights of the Employee and Working Time as the Applicant.

She was a Tutor of General Theory of Civil Law II and European Law Litigation ando also a Summer Intern at Inventa International and at Garrigues, S. L. P.
