Graduated in Law from the University of Lisbon School of Law in 2015, where he is since then a Master's student in Administrative Law. In the 2016/2017and 2017/2018 school years, he was a designated tutor in Administrative Law I and II. Since 2017, he coaches the University of Lisbon School of Law team for the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, in which he participated as a competitor in 2015 and 2016. In the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 school years, he was a sitting member of the Academic Board of the University of Lisbon School of Law.
Currently he is a legal advisor for the Portuguese Secretary of State for Tax Affairs (XXI Constitutional Government).
