Pedro Delgado Alves holds an undergraduate degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and has attended the masters degree in Juridico-Political Sciences at the same Faculty. His research interests lie in the fields of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and fundamental rights. He is an invited Assistant Lecturer of the Faculty and has occupied the position of Deputy Director of CEJUR (Centro Jurídico da Presidência do Conselho de Ministros). Amongst his published work we should highlight the following titles: "Debating Societies – The globalization of an Anglo-Saxon model", "The new system of rules revocatory acts in Old and New Pacing of Administrative Litigation", "Identification signs and religious simbology in public school – A look upon recent European case law evolution", "Open clause of fundamental rights and material limits of constitutional amendment" and "The Republican principle".
